The Annual Questionnaire helps nonprofits update key information required for state charitable filings. Complete it through Change’s platform to streamline compliance and ensure accurate, up-to-date submissions for state-specific requirements.

Here's how to get started

  • You will be receiving an invite link directly via the law firm working on your state renewals. Open the link and create an account to claim your nonprofit on Change.

  • Next, you will need to confirm your email.

  • Go to your email inbox and click Verify now.

  • You're in! You can now start your renewal by clicking on Open annual review.
