Each Lief ECG sticker pair can be worn 2-5 days before replacing, depending on your skin type, how dirty they get, humidity levels etc.

In order to extend the reusability of your stickers, whenever you take off your Lief with the stickers intact, use the plastic sheet to cover the back of the stickers. Doing so will help your stickers retain their adhesive quality by protecting them from getting dirty or drying out.
