After you've submitted your inventory count, go to analytics.
Click the Inventory Tab.
Scroll down to find the 'Category Input Table'
Click Edit Data and then in the appropriate column and row to add your GL Codes
Once done adding codes click save!

After your first inventory is submitted, add your GL Codes in the Analytics section
