I just finished a count and don't see my results, why don't they appear?

  • If you just finished your inventory count and your data has not appeared, the analytics data may not have updated yet.

  • Currently our analytics data is refreshed and updated approximately every 15minutes. A value we are actively working on improving!

  • You can see the last updated time on the front Menu analytics page in the upper right corner

  • After approximately 15min from the last update, refresh the page to see if your data has updated. • For best practices, it is better to start and end a count on the same device.

  • If you start a count on one device, i.e. a tablet or phone but do not submit the sheets count and then log into your account through your desktop or different device you will not see the current count numbers.

  • Currently count numbers are stored locally in the browser of the device the count is being done on. They are not saved to the account until the submit count button is clicked.

  • Logging in from a different device will not show you previously entered counts unless that sheets count had been submitted.

  • This is our current top inventory priority. We are working on implementing this in the near future.

After a count is complete, if I notice an off count, can I edit the count and see new results?

  • No, once the final results are calculated we are not able to re-open an inventory and change the counts or count units.

  • Yes you can export your inventory data to a CSV or Excel sheet.

    • First filter your analytics chart by location and date range of your inventory you want to export.

    • Next click the three dots in the upper right corner of the chart

    • From the drop down menu hover over export, then underlying data, then choose csv or excel.

  • All the following charts on the inventory tab are also able to be exported.

Do I need to enter data in each count sheet to complete an inventory count?

  • No, if there is a count sheet location that you are not counting this inventory you do not have to open it up and enter zeros for each item.

  • Each count sheet does need to be completed even if being left blank. Simply open the count sheet and click the submit count button.
