If you need to downgrade for a time or end your subscription here is how.

Here at meez we want to do everything we can to expand and grow our services to help meet everyone's business needs. As chefs ourselves and members of the culinary world we understand and empathize with the ever changing environment and the ups and downs that are inevitably part of the business.

Before Downgrading

What are the business needs you are looking for that we were not able meet? Your feedback and suggestions are a great help in enabling us to learn and grow. We greatly appreciate it if you are able to take the time and let us know!

Downgrading FAQs

  • How can I cancel my account?

Downgrading/Canceling

Being subscribed to meez there is no need to cancel. You can downgrade to our basic tier that anyone can have and use for free. We don't need to do it for you, you can downgrade at your profile page at any time. It does not come with all the fun features, but all of your recipes will still be accessible at any time.

If you are coming to the end of your free trial you have nothing to cancel or change. If you haven't signed up for any other services or entered any billing information when the free trail expires it will automatically downgrade to a basic account.

When you downgrade your recipes will not disappear and they will be accessible when you need them.

If you need to end your subscription for any reason you can by going to the profile page in your account and clicking on "downgrade to free" under your plan details.

If you need to downgrade, you are always able to upgrade back into the Business or Premium tier again and none of the information you previously put into your account will have disappeared.

If you downgraded to Basic from Business you will no longer have access to costing. If later you find you are in need of the higher level of subscription, when you upgrade back into a Business level, any costing information you already input will be accessible once again!

The same applies for Concepts and Locations that you may lose access to when downgrading from Premium to Basic. The information and features will be there waiting for your return back into the Premium sub.
