Linking your Playtomic profile with a club

How to link your profile to the club's database

  • Make a booking 🎾

    If you have already made a reservation or match at that club, your Playtomic account will already be linked and nothing further is required.


  • Add a club as favourite ❤️
    If you haven't made a booking at this club yet, you can still be added to their customer list.

    In the "Play" tab click on "Book a court" and type the name of the club in the location field.


When you are on the clubs page, press the heart icon and accept the pop up.

FAQ's

The Club topped up my wallet but I don't see the credit in my account. Why?

If a club topped up your club wallet but you do not see the credit in your account, contact the club directly to check that they have uploaded it to the correct account. Remember that the email they see in their backoffice and the email you see in your Playtomic profile must match.

I am a member of a Club but I can't see my benefits, why?

If you are a club member but you are not able to see your benefits correctly, such as advance reservation days, discounted prices, it is possible that the club has not added you correctly to the respective category in their back office. In this case, you should contact the Club for assistance. Keep in mind that the e-mail you are using in Playtomic, must match with the email the club has in their customer list.
