You can create AI personalization variables that represent prompts. These prompts could use any system or custom variable.
Creating an AI personalized variable
Here is an example of creating an AI personalized Icebreaker:
An icebreaker is a personalised opening line generated by AI for each contact individually, using data from their profile. It is created as a variable and inserted anywhere in your message.
How to create an icebreaker:
In the message editor, click Add Personalisation.
Provide a name for the new variable.
Write a prompt describing what you want. Example: "Generate a one-sentence opening line using the contact’s job title and LinkedIn headline." Note that job title and LinkedIn headline are system or custom variables
Set a fallback text for when the AI cannot generate a line because the contact’s data for one of the variables was missing. Example: "I noticed you’re a sales leader in your space".
Click Add.
A new variable is created.
Adding the created variable
You can insert the newly created AI personalized variable anywhere in the message by typing /.
Previewing the AI personalization
Click Preview in the message editor to see how the personalization variable looks for different contacts.
Editing the prompt
To edit the prompt, add the AI personalization variable anywhere in the message body, and then click on it. The original variable configuration window appears in editable form.
Edit the prompt and preview again until you’re satisfied.
