This is expected behavior — not a bug.
Spear suggests prospects 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) to stay within LinkedIn's activity limits and protect your profile's health. No new suggestions on Saturday or Sunday is completely normal.
What to expect
Suggestions run Monday through Friday
No new prospects will appear on Saturday or Sunday
The system resumes automatically on Monday
Timezone note
The weekend is calculated based on your profile's timezone. Common examples:
Israel (Asia/Jerusalem): Weekend = Friday evening + Saturday. If your profile is set to Israel time, you may see no suggestions on Saturday
US timezones (e.g. Pacific Time): Weekend = Saturday + Sunday, calculated in your local time
Other timezones: Saturday and Sunday in that timezone
To check and update your timezone:
Click the gear icon at the bottom-left of the sidebar to open Settings.
Go to Personal Info to check and update your timezone.
Still not getting suggestions on weekdays?
If you're not receiving suggestions Monday–Friday, it may be a different issue:
Your ICP may be too narrow — check for a "Low volume/needs review" alert on your campaigns
Your campaigns may not be activated — go to Profiles → Campaigns → Activate
Contact your CSM if the issue persists
