This is expected behavior, not a bug.
When you turn off a trigger, Spear stops finding new prospects based on that trigger. However, any prospects that were already approved or monitored before you turned it off will still appear in your suggestions.
Example
You had the Reaction trigger active on The Outreach Platform. You turned it off on Thursday. Prospects approved or monitored on Wednesday or earlier will still appear, but from Friday onward, no new prospects will be suggested by that trigger.
What to expect after turning off a trigger
No new prospects will be sourced from that trigger in the future.
Prospects already in your pipeline before the change will still appear until reviewed.
The suggestions will naturally clear as you approve or deny the remaining prospects.
Want to remove them immediately?
You can deny the remaining prospects in bulk using the trigger filter in the Suggestions tab:
Step 1: Go to your Suggestions tab.
Step 2: Use the filter by trigger option to show only prospects from the deactivated trigger.
Step 3: Select all and deny in bulk.
