Who can see it
Refer a friend is available to org admins on self-serve Starter plans. If you're on Growth, a CS-managed plan, or a legacy trial org, you won't see it in the sidebar.
How it works
Click Refer a friend · Get $250 in the sidebar.
Share your referral link. Each user has one fixed link that doesn't change.
Your referral signs up and starts the 14-day Starter trial with a card.
Once the trial starts, $250 in Stripe credit is added to both organizations.
How the credit works
The credit is applied to your next bill.
Credits stack: every successful referral adds another $250.
Unused credit carries over to the following bills.
The credit is issued when the referred company starts the trial with a card, not when they only sign up.
Track your referrals
The referrals page shows:
Remaining balance: credit you still have available
Total earned: all credit you've earned from referrals
Referral list: each company you referred, with its current status
