What are the badges in the left panel?

Red and grey badges in the left panel show what is broken or worth setting up. Click one to land on the exact place to fix it.

What it does: Badges on the left panel tabs show what needs your attention, and take you straight to the place that fixes it.

What the colors mean

  • Red: something is broken or stopping your outreach. For example, you have no active standard campaign.

  • Grey: setup worth doing. Nothing is broken, but finishing it will help your results.

The number is how many items need attention on that tab. If any of them is red, the badge is red. Otherwise it is grey.

Where badges appear

  • Campaigns & lists: Standard campaigns and Event campaigns

  • Setup: Qualification rules, Tools, Routines, Skills, Tone of voice and Company network

  • Settings: Profile settings and Org settings

Badges are hidden on tabs that are not available on your plan.

How to fix something from a badge

  • One item on the tab: click the badge to open the exact place where you fix it.

  • Several items on the tab: hover the badge to see them as a list, red ones first. Each item in the list is clickable. Clicking the badge itself opens the first, most urgent one.

Section headers and the collapsed panel

  • Closed sections: the Campaigns & lists and Setup headers show the total of their tabs' badges, so you can see what needs attention without opening them. The header is red if any item inside is red. Hover it to see the list and click an item to go straight to it.

  • Open sections: the total disappears from the header and each tab shows its own badge.

  • Collapsed left panel: each tab shows a small red or grey dot instead of a number.

Examples

  • Standard campaigns (red): no active campaign. Click it to open Campaigns.

  • Event campaigns (grey): you have an upcoming event. Click it to open your event campaigns.

  • Qualification rules, Routines, Skills (grey): not set up yet. Click to open the matching page.

  • Company network (grey): opens the Company network tab in Settings.

  • Org settings and Profile settings: some alerts that used to appear as banners at the top now show here. For example, excluded companies without a domain show on Profile settings and open Excluded companies.

Top banners

Profile disconnected, Value proposition and CRM expired still appear as banners at the top of the page.
