How to Set Campaign Priority

Choose what share of each profile's daily suggestions goes to each active campaign.

Each profile gets a set number of new suggestions per day. With Priority, you decide what percentage of those daily suggestions goes to each active campaign, so your best campaign gets a bigger share than your weakest one. Before, the daily volume was split evenly.

How to set your priority split

  1. Open your Campaigns list or your Event campaigns list.

  2. Click Priority, next to the Archived button.

  3. Set a percentage for each campaign. Standard and event campaigns appear together in one list.

  4. Make sure the total is exactly 100%. You can only save at 100%.

  5. Click Save.

The split is set per profile. Each profile has its own list and its own 100%.

Which campaigns are in the split

Only active new-connections campaigns appear, standard and event campaigns together. Paused and archived campaigns are not part of the split.

What if a campaign can't fill its share?

If a campaign doesn't have enough prospects to fill its share on a given day, the leftover capacity goes to your other campaigns, in proportion to their percentages. Your daily volume isn't wasted.

When you activate a campaign

Activating a campaign opens the priority split with an even share already set for it. Review the other campaigns' percentages, adjust if needed, and save at 100%.

What happens when you set a campaign to 0%

Setting a campaign to 0% turns off its auto-prospecting and takes it out of the split. Its pending suggestions that you haven't reviewed yet are resolved:

  • Prospects that were ever Monitored go back to Monitored.

  • Prospects that were never Monitored are canceled.

To bring the campaign back, turn its auto-prospecting on again and give it a share.

Order in your campaign list

Active campaigns are sorted by priority in the list, so the campaigns with the biggest share show first.

Note: Saving a new split doesn't change suggestions that are already pending. Suggestions scheduled for upcoming days follow the new percentages.
