You can activate or deactivate campaigns directly from the Dashboard. This helps teams manage which campaigns are running or paused — without deleting data or losing progress.
Step 1: Open the Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to the Campaigns tab. You'll see an Auto Sequence toggle next to each campaign.
Step 3: Click the toggle to activate (green) or deactivate (grey). Changes take effect immediately.
What happens when you deactivate a campaign?
If the campaign still has prospects In Queue or Monitored, a popup appears asking what to do with them:
Move them — prospects continue in a different campaign you select, following that campaign's sequence
Keep them — prospects stay in the current (paused) campaign until you reactivate it
You can select which buckets to move: In Queue, Monitored, or both — using the checkboxes in the popup.
Note: Deactivating a campaign doesn't delete any data. Always review queued prospects before making changes to ensure they continue in the campaign that best fits your outreach strategy.
