Choose the group you want to add a new member to, click on the settings button in the right upper corner and choose "add members". Add a new member from your contact list or manually enter the new member's phone number.

If you do not know the person's phone number, you can invite them by activating a group link and sending it to them! For more information about group links, please see the article "What is a group link?"
