When you settle up with someone in Steven, you can pay them in two different ways, Klarna or Swish.

If you pay someone with Klarna, the money will instantly be transferred to their Steven accounts. There, they can request a bank transfer to their bank account by pressing "Account" and then "Transfer to bank". Before heading over to our in-app support, please make sure that you haven't received any money in your Steven balance!
If the payment was done with Swish or if no funds has been transferred to your Steven balance, please contact our in-app support! We'll make sure to answer as fast as we can!
