Usually the transaction is in fact for something you bought yourself, but it is a bit difficult to recognize. Maybe the name of the store is different from what the transaction says. Check the date, time and amount and try to remember where your were. If it is apparent that it is not a transaction made by you, please block the card in the app and contact our support team.
