Why can't I use my card?

You might have blocked your card in the app or blocked it for online purchases which you can see if you go to Account -> My card. There you will be able to reset the blocks.

Another reason might be that you balance is to low, but it can also be a result of some technical issues - either with the store, with Steven or with one of our partners. If your problems persist please contact our support via the chat in the app or on our web site.
