Once a client has filled out their fact find, you'll need to check & review the information and also begin analyzing & evaluating their position, their goals and all their given information to compile your advice & recommendations.
To do this, you can access and edit the Advice Opportunity for your client. We'll cover quick ways to access this in Trail!

Quick Access from Client's Profile Page
Advice Opportunities can be accessed through two ways on the client's Profile.
1. The Application tab
Click on the Applications tab in the header of your clientβs profile, then select the relevant Opportunity to enter and edit it.
2. The Opportunities Box
Select the Opportunity tile on the client's Profile Opportunities section. The side menu that pops up to the right hand side contains an overview of all the advice details for the Opportunity π
Once this appears, click on Edit Advice at the bottom of the side menu.
NOTE You can also browse through the Opportunities box to preview past opportunities that you may have Won, Lost, Or Archived π
Quick Access from the Pipeline
Click on the Opportunity tile for the client, and then select 'Advice' to go into the Advice Opportunity.
What you can do in the Advice Opportunity
For Mortgages this means reviewing the Fact Find and compiling applications to lenders & creating your Mortgage Recommendations SOA.
βAs for Insurances, accessing this means you can review the Fact Find, Needs Analysis, Existing Insurances information and put recommendations into an SOA for your client.
βAnd for Kiwisaver Advice, you will be able to review the Fact Find, Needs Analysis and (coming soon) the Statement of Advice as well.
