Edit Pipeline Stages to reflect your internal workflows

What is the pipeline and what do the stages mean?

When you first log into Trail, you will see your Pipeline set up in the way that we think will help you manage your Opportunities.

However, we understand that managing a lot of clients can be difficult, which is why we have made our Pipelines and Pipeline Stages to help advisers manage their workflows in a way that best suits them.


How do I change my pipeline stages?

In your Pipeline settings, found in your organisation settings, firstly choose which Pipeline you would like to change the Stages for.

From here, you can:

  1. Add a new Stage by clicking the green button at the top of the page. This will make an empty Stage at the bottom of the screen

  2. Delete a Stage by clicking the box containing three dots to the right of each Stage

  3. Rename a Stage by clicking the name of the Stage and overtyping

  4. Move a Stage by dragging the box containing three lines to the left of each Stage

  5. Create an automation by clicking on the grey 'No Automation' box
