The key to getting more referrals is to properly track, reward, and keep your referrers in the loop. It's important to be able to see which person has referred you a client, so you can keep them updated on any progress made.

To store a referrer on a clients Profile:

1. Go to the client's Profile

You can do this by using the search bar in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Click the green 'Add Contact' button

This is found in the Contacts box, on the left-hand side of the Profile.

3. Select whether the referrer is a new or existing Contact

3a. If the referrer is not in Trail, you'll need to select 'New Person', and then fill out some basic contact details.

3b. If the referrer is already in Trail, select 'Existing Contact', and search for the name of the referrer. 

4. Select the Contact's relationship to the Profile

In this drop-down box, you'll need to select 'Referrer'. 

From here, you'll easily be able to see the details of the referrer while on that client's Profile.

And on the Profile for that referrer, you'll be able to see a list of all the clients that they have referred to you.
