In some cases, an adviser may want to send the same application to multiple banks, to increase the chances of the client getting approved. To do this, complete the application as normal. Once you have done this, you'll want to duplicate the first Opportunity to create a copy of it.

There are two places where you can duplicate the Opportunity:

  • In the application overview sidebar

  • In the Opportunity Summary page of an application

Option 1: The application overview sidebar

On a client's Profile, click on the Opportunity tile for the lending application. This will open the application overview sidebar.

From here, click the three dots at the bottom on the sidebar, and click 'Duplicate'.

Option 2: The Opportunity summary page

On the client's Profile, click the application tab and then the Opportunity to go into the client's Opportunity summary.

From here, click on the 'Duplicate' button at the bottom of the Opportunity summary page to create a copy of the application.

After Duplicating

Check that the duplication is done:

From here, a copy of the application will be created and viewed on the client's Profile,

and in the mortgage advice Pipeline.

Change the Opportunity Title

You may want to change one of the opportunity's name so that it clarifies the difference between it and the one it duplicated from:

Continue with your next Application

From here, edit the information under the 'Application' section as necessary, and once it is complete, download it and send it to the lender. Note that lenders will not be able to see that the application is a copy, this is for your own benefit.
