Adding and updating your client's current mortgage products

In this article you will learn:

  • How to add a mortgage product manually to a profile


1. Go onto the client's Profile:

2. On the left hand side of the Profile, find the Products box:

3. Click 'Add Product' and select 'Add Mortgage':

4. Fill in all the details for the current loan and click 'Done' once you've finished:

This loan will now be saved to the Profile and you will be able to view it on your client's Profile, as well as on the Product dashboard.
