How to add a mortgage product manually to a profile
1. Go onto the client's Profile:
2. On the left hand side of the Profile, find the Products box:
3. Click 'Add Product' and select 'Add Mortgage':
4. Fill in all the details for the current loan and click 'Done' once you've finished:
You can use the 'Further Details' section to include any additional information about the new loan. While optional, entering details can help display relevant information.
(eg., Loan end date - which a dynamic date counter would also appear to show remaining term left)
A Actions link has been added to give users a dropdown option to move the product to a different profile, if the client has multiple profiles (e.g., two separate profiles)
This loan will now be saved to the Profile and you will be able to view it on your client's Profile, as well as on the Product dashboard.
