When a client's policy anniversary is coming up, it's important to review their current situation to ensure their current cover is still applicable.
Trail wants to make your life as easy as possible, which means that when this time approaches, an Activity and Opportunity will automatically be created for the client, as long as:
The client has an existing insurance product
You have set up your automations
The Activity and Opportunity can be seen on the Profile for the client.
The Opportunity will also join your Insurance Servicing Pipeline.
And the Activity can be found on your Activities page.
