Learning about inactive documents

If you are trying to complete an application, and you can't seem to find the documents a client uploaded, they could be in the attachments and other files section of your client's Profile.

If you have checked the attachments and files section of the documents tab and the documents still aren't there, then please get in touch with us using the blue chat button, or email us on support@gettrail.com and we would be more than happy to look into why this is occurring.
