It's always exciting logging in for the first time π€© Our Onboarding Team takes great care in setting up your Trail environment to match your needs π
Once we've set up your Trail environment to suit you, will have these three important things:
Your Trail subdomain (URL)
Accounts and passwords for you and your team
Your company branding (this can be changed at any time)
To log into your Trail account:
1. Go to your Trail subdomain
This is where you, your team, and your clients will access their Trail accounts. This is usually set up as yourbusinessname.gettrail.com - ie. xyz.gettrail.com.
We set this up for you with a subdomain that suits your business, but we will alert you and change this if the need arises. π
2. Log in with your email address and password
Email address - This will be the email address which you provided to us - mostly likely your business email address.
βPassword - This will have been created by you through your initial Trail set up link and for security related reasons, we don't know what this is. We highly recommend using a password manager, such as Dashlane, to help keep track of all of your logins β
Note: If at any stage, you can't remember your Trail subdomain, or the email address/password that has been used - please get in touch with us at support@gettrail.com and we will help you access your account π
