Step 1: Request Your Data
Ebroker does not allow you to manually download your data. You will need to request your data from Ebroker directly. This will take approximately two weeks from when you make the request for them to send you your data.
Template wording for the email:
“Please can you send me a comprehensive copy of all of my data in Ebroker? I would like this as a database backup file, and all my uploaded files
Please can you let me know when this will be available?”
Step 2: Send us a copy of your data
Ebroker should send you a ZIP file with your data.
Upload this to a secure storage site, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive.
Send us an email with a link to download the file to support@gettrail.com
Once we have downloaded the file we will contact you to receive the password if it is password protected.
Please also download a copy of your data yourself and store this securely.
Step 3: We will then upload your data into Trail
Ebroker data is straight-forward to upload. We should have it completed within two weeks from the day we receive the data. If you wish to discuss anything in regards to this, please get in touch with developer@gettrail.com.
