Step 1: Request Your Data
Newpark’s Toolbox does not allow you to manually download your data, however it is easy to request. You will need to request your data from Clive at Newpark directly. This will take approximately two weeks from when you make the request for them to send you your data.
Template wording for the email:
“Please can you send me a comprehensive copy of all of my data in Toolbox as a Database backup file?
Please can you let me know when this will be available?”
Step 2: Send us a copy of your data
Newpark should send you your database backup file via a password protected Google Drive download link.
Send us an email with a link to download the file to support@gettrail.com
Once we have downloaded the file we will contact you to receive the password.
Please also download a copy of your data yourself and store this securely.
Step 3: We will then upload your data into Trail
Toolbox data is straight-forward to upload. We should have it completed within two weeks from the day we receive the data. If you would like to discuss your import, please get in touch with developer@gettrail.com.
