Setting up a custom email signature for sending automated emails through Trail is an important step in personalising your Trail account. By default, Trail produces a simple email signature that contains all your basic information; Name, Role, Company, Email, Phone Number and your Profile Image.

You can either manually edit and change the appearance of this Email Signature by choosing the font, size, colour and position of the generated text/image. Or add your own style and flair by using the HTML editor.

By clicking on the '<>' icon above the editor opens up an HTML 'Code View' where you can view the raw HTML that currently displays your email signature.

Here you can edit or insert your own custom HTML to have complete control of what font, text size, images or gifs are sent as an email signature! Clicking the '<>' icon when you have inserted or edited the HTML will save the signature.

Note: Images must be linked with a PUBLIC LINK. Private GoogleDrive or OneDrive links will appear in the editor but, will not be visible in emails.
