Summary
Advanced Filters help you quickly find specific data using conditions and logic.
Filters only work on the page you are currently viewing.
You can create Personal or Organisation filters depending on visibility needs.
Not all fields support the same operators β options depend on the field type.
Business Admins can export results from filtered lists.
How many conditions can I add?
You can add as many conditions as you'd like to the Advanced Filter! The filter you create can be as simple or as complex as you'd like.

What is Advanced Filtering used for?
Advanced Filtering allows you to narrow down large lists of data in Trail, such as Activities, Contacts, or Opportunities, using specific rules.
Common use cases include:
Finding clients missing information (e.g. empty email fields)
Viewing Activities due within a certain timeframe
Identifying Opportunities in specific stages
What is the difference between Personal and Organisation filters?
Personal filters are only visible to you and are ideal for individual workflows.
Organisation filters are shared across your business and can be used by others (depending on permissions).
