Top Questions + Answers

Q: Can you search Profiles via the client's location or address?

A: Yes you can! It uses the 'Contact' object, and from there you can search using the address attached to them.

e.g: Contact - Address - Contains - <key location>

Q: Can you make batch changes to Profiles after using a filter?
A: Yes you can! Once you have applied the filter and you have your list. You can select them all using that box next to 'Profile Name' at the top left, and then bulk apply changes.

Q: Do Archived Profiles automatically get included in searches, unless you filter them out first?
A: Currently yes it does - but we are looking to improve this so that there is a more obvious way to include or exclude archived profiles!

Q: Does the output data change depending on the filter or is the output columns fixed?
A: No the output columns are fixed depending on what columns are available in the page that you are accessing the Advanced Filter from (e.g. Profiles view, Contacts View, Mortgage / Insurance / Investment Products view).
