Sometimes you may revisit an old client profile and find that there are a lot of documents still hanging around that you no longer need. Or, perhaps your client has accidentally uploaded their passport three times. No worries here, as we've introduced the ability to archive documents in bulk to save you time πŸ˜„

NOTE: This feature also works in reverse. You can re-awaken archived documents in bulk too!

How to Bulk Select Individual Documents:

1. Go to the client Profile's Documents tab and click into Uploaded Files:

2. Select the documents using the check box to the left of each. You'll notice a button that pops up near the bottom of Trail:

3. When you are happy with your selection, click the Archive button at the bottom:

4. The documents will then be moved into Archived Files and disappear from Uploaded Files πŸŽ‰

How to Bulk Select ALL Documents on a Profile:

1. From the client profile's Documents tab under Uploaded Files, click the check box at the top left in the document navigation bar - All documents will be selected:

2. When you are happy with your selection, click the Archive button at the bottom of Trail:

3. All selected documents will then be moved into Archived Files and disappear from Uploaded Files πŸŽ‰

How to un-Archive Documents in Bulk:

The same checkboxes appear in all categories of documents, such as Archived Documents, Email Attachments, Note Attachments, and Product Files. If you mistakenly archive a lot of documents or you want to re-awaken all of a client's documents, it's easy to do!

1. Go to a client Profile's Documents tab and click into Archived Files:

2. You may select Documents individually using the individual check boxes:

3. Or you may select ALL documents in Archived Files using the top left checkbox:

4. Once you are happy with your selection, click the Move to Active button at the bottom of Trail:

5. All selected documents will then be moved into Uploaded Files and disappear from Archived Files πŸŽ‰
