Top Questions + Answers

Q: How do I change the Activity Types wording?

A: You can do this if you have the organisation admin permissions for your Trail account. Navigate to Settings > Activity Types:

Q: Do you still need to add a due time for reminders to work?

A: Activities will still work without a due time. You don't need to add a due time unless you would like to be notified at a certain time in the day. If no due time is allocated, you will be notified at 8am on the day the activity is due

Q: Are we able to bulk change a name of an activity type of completed activities? (For example, I've bought a book of clients and I've just added 'Meeting - Review' so I want to change some General - Review' for the clients I've gone out to see)

A: Yes you can! If you go to your Activities Page - Filter by Overdue and COMPLETED activities - then select the ones you want to change and then select the Activity Type to be the new name that you want - then click Save Changes. πŸ‘

Q: Is there the ability to set activities that are non client based eg. compliance tasks, training.

A: Yes you can! If you create the activity from the Activities Page and don't assign a profile (or opportunity) to it - then it will still show on your Activities Page when you apply the right filters!

Q: Can you bulk add Activities?

A: Only through automations are activities automated and bulk added - either for FRRs or Policy Renewal servicing. Otherwise, it would be adding each activity individually.
