If we come to the conclusion that the report you need is not able to be generated in the software itself, then it means you will need to request a custom Bespoke Report. This is done as a special, personalized task which our development team can help with.
Bespoke Reports
All bespoke tasks that are performed by the support or development team will incur a charge relative to the amount of time it takes to complete. Examples of this include:
Exporting customized client information for reporting
Management of selling Trail Books
Bespoke changes to your Trail platform
Bulk developer actions (changing client data)

Our usual rate for bespoke tasks is
$150+GST per hour of work.
Next Steps
Once a bespoke task is confirmed (understanding from the Trail team of what the report needs to include & the a confirmed cost), then we will give you a price quote and if you are happy to proceed then we will organize an invoice.
Once the invoice is paid, then our developers can begin work on the Bespoke Report. This will added to the queue of ongoing work for our specialized data developers and may take up to 2 weeks to perform.
When the report is done, we will give you a phone call to arrange a secure transfer of the report over to you!
