Q: Is there a place to add notes at the completing opportunity stage?
A: We often see users adding relevant notes on the profile timeline right after an opportunity has been completed 👍This is pretty useful as it allows you to "follow along" the timeline when checking over your client's history with your organisation.
Q: How do you send a Quickform to BOTH partners?
A: You can make the first person into the KEY contact, send out the QF - after this, make the second person as the KEY contact, then send out the QF. This makes sure you've generated the correct unique login link in the Quickform Emails you've sent and both parties will access the same form.
Q: Is there any Quickform for investment? Or are you looking at developing that? Or could we tailor make our own in Trail?
A: We're currently looking into significant improvements for the Kiwisaver advice process in Trail - I can check with our Product Team if this will include a quickform as well 👍
