Are you looking to switch your Business Profile on Trail to a Personal Profile, but not sure how? We'll show you the way! 😄

To convert a Business Profile to a Personal Profile, you will first need to create a new profile for the Key Contact 👍

To create a new profile for your Key Contact, first click Create Opportunity from your Pipeline and select Existing Contact:

From here, search for your Key Contact that you would like to be the main contact for the new Personal Profile:

Select the option that allows you to work with your Key Contact in a new profile, like this:

Then, select the option As part of a personal situation:

You may be prompted to enter further details about the opportunity. You may fill these out as needed 👍

Once you have the new profile created, click Actions - Merge, like this:

A search box will appear for you to select the profile that you want to merge. Click the Business Profile you had originally created:

For your Merge Options, it is important to keep the Current Profile (you may also select/deselect opportunities as needed):

When you are satisfied with your selection, click Merge to complete the process 😃

CAUTION: Merging profiles is a permanent and irreverisble process - please take care when doing this 👍
