Top Reports you may use for Business Reporting using Advanced Filtering

In Trail you may want to report on metrics for finding out all sorts of information - basically mining your client data! These could be:

  • How many clients (and who) has what kind of product

  • Anything about their location or their age

  • Something about the product they have that's coming up for refix or renewal

  • For when you're targetting particular groups of clients to alert them about an upcoming event or special promo

In this article we'll cover some top filters you might need using Advanced Filtering!

Insurance Reporting:

Example Scenario 1
Finding any clients (18+ years), no Health insurance, has at least one Partner's Life policy. Is an existing client with you.

Benefit: Trying to look for client group to target with provider's new Health Policy they are offering, must have an established relationship with adviser already.

How:

  • Go to Contacts page - View by Profile - enter the Advanced Filter, for Profile Filter

  • Add the filters as per below and remember to give it an appropriate Name of filter, and SAVE it:

Example Scenario 2

Finding contacts who live in Hastings who may have been impacted by the flood events.

Benefit: Reaching out to client group that could be affected as they live in a particular area and need help with organizing their insurances.

How:

  • Go to Contacts page - View by Contacts - enter the Advanced Filter, for Contact Filter

  • Add the filters as per below and remember to give it an appropriate Name of filter, and SAVE it:


Mortgage Reporting:

Example Scenario 1

Finding clients with mortgages over $800k coming up for renewal in next year.

Benefit: As interest rates are high, looking out for the larger mortgages upcoming for refix, reaching out for target marketing or to touch base.

How:

  • Go to Products page - View by Mortgage Products - enter the Advanced Filter, for Loan Filter

  • Add the filters as per below and remember to give it an appropriate Name of filter, and SAVE it:
