A Profile Transfer is done under specific circumstances when you need profiles from one organisation/ business entity on Trail to be transferred to another.

This comprises of all data relating to the specified Profiles moving from the "Original" organisation (the one the data is being transferred from) to the "Target" organisation (the one the data is being moved to).

As part of this kind of transfer, read on to find what data elements are included, the cost and timeframe. We'll also need you to specify some information for us prior - e.g. if there are Opportunities included in the profiles, then we'll need to know how to match discrepencies in Pipeline stage names.

Cost

Generally $150/hr +GST

Timeframe

Usually within the week.

Pipeline Stages for Opportunities

What we'll need from you if there are Opportunities existing on the Profiles to be transferred:

  • If the Pipeline stage names match between the Original and Target Organisations, then we won't need further information.

  • If the Pipeline stage names do not match between the Original and Target Organisations, we'll need you to specify how to match these discrepencies.
E.g. if an opportunity was sitting in "new lead" stage in the original org then what is the equivalent of that stage in the target org where the stage name is different?
