With our recent release of Mortgage Diary Note Templates, we've also included a method to allow you to review your Diary Notes from the application itself, or look through the diary notes of any past applications without opening them 👍

To download and review the Diary Notes of an open opportunity, click the Download PDF button from the Notes page in a mortgage application:

To download the diary notes of a previously won application, click the Download Diary Notes button from the client's profile timeline, seen here:

Either of these buttons will download solely your diary notes in a PDF file, for you to review or keep as a record of your client's situation 😄
