Getting help

How to reach us, and what to include so the first reply is the useful one.

Two ways in, both reaching the same team.

Live chat in the app. Open the Help menu, the ? beside your account at the bottom of the sidebar, and choose Live chat. There is no floating bubble any more, because it covered the send button. This is the fastest route, because it comes with your account attached, and a reply from us shows up as a count on that same row.

The Help menu, open from the ? beside the account button: “We’re here for you”, then “Tutorials”, “Live chat”, “Book a demo”, “Help center” and “Report a bug”

The assistant answers first. If it cannot sort it out, ask for a person and the conversation comes to us.

Email contact@getvamos.ai. Better if you need to send a file or a long explanation.

What to include

The first reply is more useful when we can see what you saw.

  • Say which workspace it is, if you run more than one.

  • Say what you did and what happened instead of what you expected.

  • If there was a message on screen, quote it exactly, because the exact words tell us which part broke.

  • A screenshot is worth several paragraphs. If it happened in a chat, the link to that chat is better still.

Billing problems

Send these to either channel and say billing in the first line. Include the date and amount from Settings, then Invoices if the problem is about a specific charge.

Anything about a charge you did not expect, a subscription that still shows as active, or payments that keep being attempted after you cancelled, is worth sending straight away rather than waiting. We can read the payment record and stop it.

Refunds have their own rules, in Refunds.

Reporting something broken

There is a Report a bug item in the Help menu, the ? beside your account. Use it when something is wrong with the product rather than with your account, and include what you were doing when it happened.
