Your three options
Wait for the reset. Plan credits go back to full on your billing date. Check the date in Settings, then Billing.
Buy a pack. Immediate, and pack credits sit in a separate balance the monthly reset does not touch. See Extra credit packs.
Move up a plan. If you are running out every month rather than occasionally, this is cheaper than repeat packs. Business is three times Pro's monthly allowance.
Working out where it went
The usage row under every answer shows what that answer cost. Scroll back through a heavy week and the pattern is usually obvious, and it is usually one of three things.
Long research runs. A deep report with a script at the end is the most expensive single thing in the product. Worth it when you need it, expensive as a daily habit.
Starting fresh chats for one job. Re-reading context in the same chat is billed at a tenth of the rate. Five new chats covering the same ground pays full price for the same reading five times.
Overriding AUTO. Picking the strongest model by hand pays the top rate for the searching as well as the writing, and the searching never needed it.
Spending less next month
Stay in one chat per project. Leave the model on AUTO. Ask for the whole job in one message rather than stepping through it. Fill in My Brand, so Vamos stops asking and guessing.
If Routines are the drain, check whether their cadence matches how fast the subject changes. A daily routine asking a weekly question spends seven times as much to tell you the same thing.
Routines when you are out
A routine that comes due with no credits does not run, and says that was why. It tries again on its next schedule.
A run that fails partway through refunds its credits.
