1️⃣ Create a New Flow in Klaviyo
Start by accessing Klaviyo and setting up a new flow.
Name the Flow: Give your flow a clear and descriptive name, such as "Pop-Up Entry Demo."
Create the Flow: Click "Create" to start configuring your flow.
2️⃣ Configure the Flow Trigger
The flow will be triggered whenever someone completes your pop-up and is added to a specific list.
Trigger: Select "Added to List" as the trigger for your flow.
This means the flow will be activated whenever a contact is added to the specified list.
Choose the List Linked to Your Pop-Up
Select the List: Choose the list you linked to your pop-up during its configuration.
Verify the Linked List: If you don’t remember which list is associated with your pop-up, check the settings of your pop-up to verify its configuration details.
No Pop-Up Yet?: If you haven’t created a pop-up yet, refer to this dedicated tutorial on how to set up a pop-up in Klaviyo to collect phone numbers.
Save Your Changes: Click "Save" to confirm the trigger setup.
3️⃣ Add a Webhook to Connect Klaviyo and WAX
Once the trigger is set, you need to add a webhook to call WAX whenever someone is added to the list.
Add a Webhook: Insert a webhook element into your flow, which will call the corresponding webhook in WAX.
Configure the Webhook: The webhook must match the flow you want to trigger in WAX. Follow this tutorial to learn how to configure a webhook between WAX and Klaviyo.
4️⃣ Test and Verify
After configuring your flow and webhook:
Perform a Test: Complete the pop-up on your site using a test profile (ensure it’s not already in the list).
Verify the Flow: Check that the WAX flow is triggered and that the data collected from the pop-up is successfully transmitted.
