The Transaction Report acts as a ledger, displaying credits, debits, and transaction types, helping you understand the impact on your balance and overall account audit. Raw data is provided, allowing you to manipulate it as needed for detailed analysis.


Column Definitions

Initiated At

The date the transaction was initiated.

Impacted At

The date the transaction affected the balance.

Transaction Type

Indicates whether the transaction added (CREDIT) or subtracted (DEBIT) funds from the account.

Transaction Description

A brief description of the transaction.

Currency

The currency in which the transaction was processed.

Amount

The subtotal, before applying fees, tax, or discounts.

Fee

The fee amount, if any.

Tax

The tax amount, if any.

Rate

The percentage applied for adjustments.

For example, if your account receives 25% from unclaimed rewards, the rate will be 25% for a transaction with the description UNCLAIMED_BREAKAGE_REFUND, which is a debit.

Impact Amount

The final amount that affects your balance.This can be different from “Amount”

For example, for a $100 physical Visa order, the amount would be $100 Fee would be $4.95 and Impact amount would be $104.95

Available Balance

The balance available at the time the transaction impacted the account.

Giftbit ID

A unique identifier provided by Giftbit to reference the transaction in customer communications.

Giftbit Notes

Notes from Giftbit about the transaction.

Customer Data

Information provided by the customer when creating the transaction.

Customer Notes

Notes entered by the customer related to the transaction.

How to Get Totals

To quickly calculate totals, you can either use filters or create a pivot table.

For a pivot table:

  • Move "Transaction Type" to Filters

  • Move "Transaction Description" to Rows

  • Move "Impact Amount" to Values

This will give you a clear and organized summary of your transactions.
