Understanding draft status for orders

Learn what draft status means for orders and where to find unfinished orders

When an order is in draft status, it has not been sent yet. Understanding this status helps you know whether rewards are still being prepared or if further action is needed before they are delivered.

What draft status means

An order is marked as Draft when it has been created but not completed.

This means:

  • Rewards have not been sent

  • The order is still editable

  • You can review or update details before sending

Draft status allows you to prepare an order without sending it immediately. Orders can be in draft status by saving the order instead of completing it, or leaving the order page after starting an order.

Where to find draft orders

You can view draft orders in your account:

  1. Go to Orders in the left menu.

  2. Open the Drafts section.

  3. Select the order you want to review.

Draft orders are listed separately from active or completed orders.

What you can do with a draft order

While an order is in draft status, you can:

  • Update the template or reward details

  • Add or remove recipients

  • Review delivery options

Once everything is ready, you can complete the order to send rewards.
