Recipient status helps you track what happens after a reward is sent. By checking the status, you can confirm whether the reward was delivered, opened, or claimed. This information can help you troubleshoot delivery issues or confirm that recipients received their rewards.
View recipient status from Reward History
You can find recipient status on the Reward History page in your Giftbit account.
Go to Reward History in the left menu.
Find the reward you want to review.
Check the Status column to see the current status for that recipient.
Each row shows the status for an individual reward. More information on reward history can be found here.
Contacts
If you need to look up just one contact, this option will be the quickest for you.
Click on Contacts and search for a recipient via name or email.
When found, click their email to view their full gifting history.
💡If a reward was undeliverable, you can update the email here by clicking Update. You can also resend rewards too. More information can be found here.
Operations Report
Operations report is best when you want to look at a large batch of rewards over a period of time, which may include more than one order.
Click on Reports and run an Operations Report.
Set your date range to include any orders sent date you want data for.
Run the report then then download it. Once you open the report, the bottom section will cover the status of all recipients sent to in that time period.
Order Status
If you are curious how a specific order or campaign might be performing, looking at the order directly will provide you the insight you need.
Select Orders and select the Desired Order.
Click on Status to sort contacts.
💡You can also check the open and claim rate of your order here as well.
