If you need to search for a recipient's reward status, you can find it in a few different ways. Whether it be by searching the contacts, inside of reporting or inside the order itself, this article covers each option and when they are best used.

Contacts

If you need to look up just one contact, this option will be the quickest for you.

  1. Click on Contacts and search for a recipient via name or email.

  2. When found, click their email to view their full gifting history.

💡If a reward was undeliverable, you can update the email here by clicking "Update". You can also resend rewards too. More information can be found here.

Operations Report

Operations report is best when you want to look at a large batch of rewards over a period of time, which may include more than one order.

  1. Click on Reports and run an "Operations Report"

  2. Set your date range to include any orders sent date you want data for

  3. Download the report and the bottom section will cover the status of all recipients sent to in that time period.

Order Status

If you are curious how a specific order or campaign might be performing, looking at the order directly will provide you the insight you need.

  1. Select Orders and select the Desired Order

  2. Click on Status to sort contacts

💡You can also check the open and claim rate of your order here.

Possible Statuses

These are the common statuses found inside of the Giftbit platform. Reports may provide different terminology.

  • Sent but not claimed: Email offer was received but the recipient has not claimed a gift card. The offer may have been opened.

  • Claimed: Recipient has claimed the reward

  • Cancelled: Offer was cancelled prior to the reward being claimed. This offer is no longer valid and cannot be used again.

  • Expired: Recipient did not claim the offer by the Claim Before date. This offer is no longer valid and cannot be used again.

  • Undeliverable: Delivery attempt failed because the email address was invalid, the mailbox was full, the mail server was unresponsive, or a previous communication was marked as spam.

  • Unsubscribed: Recipient opted out of email communication

  • Complaint: Recipient has marked the emails as spam, Giftbit is not able to send an email to this recipient again
