If you are receiving an error at checkout, please ensure you are using your card correctly. Please see below for an overview of our most common issues:
Mastercard can be used for online purchases or in-store if added to a digital wallet. (Ex-Apple Pay or Google Pay)
Check your expiration. Mastercard expires after 12 months. The funds on the card will not be available to you after expiration, so you should use the funds before the expiration date.
You are not allowed to exceed the balance of the funds available on the card. If you attempt to use the Card when there are insufficient funds associated with it, the transaction will generally be declined.
Cannot be used for split tender
Cannot be used for purchases where recurring payments may occur, such as subscriptions, memberships, rentals etc.
Accepted internationally in selected countries. Please see the list of countries here.
This is a form of payment, not a gift card.
