To set your PIN for your physical Mastercard, please follow these steps: 1. Visit www.getmybalance.com 2. From the home screen, select 'Create Account' 3. Fill in all the required information 4. Once you've submitted your information, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please click on the link in the email to activate your account. The confirmation email will be coming from clientsupportsupervisors@storefinancial.com 5. Once your account has been successfully created, log back in and select 'My Cards' at the top 6. Click 'Add a Card' and enter your card number and 6-digit security code 7. Once your card has been successfully added, click the drop-down under 'Actions' and select 'View' 8.
