How to create a PIN for your physical Visa

To set your PIN, please visit www.getmybalance.com. From the home screen select 'Create Account'. Next, fill in all the required information. Once you've submitted your information, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please click on the link in the email to activate your account. The confirmation email will be coming from clientsupportsupervisors@storefinancial.com. Once your account has been successfully created, please log back in and select 'My Cards' at the top. Next, click 'Add a Card'. A pop-up will appear to add your card number and 6-digit security code. Once your card has been successfully added, click the drop-down under 'Actions' and select 'View'. Next, select 'Set PIN'. A pop-up screen will appear to set your 4-digit PIN. Once entered, click 'Save' and your PIN has been set!
