Best Time to Take
In terms of timing, there’s no "best" time to take Gigi – the most important thing is to find a time that fits easily into your routine so you can take it consistently!
That being said, it’s always best to take it with or after a meal, as the bio-active zinc can be a little harsh on an empty stomach. We often recommend taking it in the evening after dinner, since it’s usually the largest meal of the day and your stomach has been well lined throughout the day. Plus, with 300mg of magnesium glycinate in the blend, taking it in the evening can be a great way to support better sleep quality!

Water Dilution (More 400ml)
It's absolutely fine to add the blend to more than 400ml of water, but we do recommend enjoying it within 30-40 minutes, as the taste can change over time.
