Integration of Webhook and Compass

Updated over a week ago

A webhook (also called a web callback or HTTP push API) allows an app to provide other applications with real-time information.

Integrations through webhooks allow for real-time integration, automatically updating and recalculating the programs set up in the Compass Admin platform.

Client organisations without a CRM or custom CRM systems can opt for Webhook integration.

Webhooks can be used for custom or in-house CRMs/systems and are flexible in any schema format; Compass will fetch the data, transform it into an acceptable format and then push it into the system based on the template configured on the Compass system beforehand.

If you need more details about using webhooks to integrate with Compass, contact cs@giift.com.
